Terms of service.
Welcome to my terms of service! Please make sure to read my terms in it’s entirety! If you have any questions, feel free to contact me :)
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package price [plus any add-ons chosen] is required to secure your booking and must be paid when I contact you about your shoot.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
Failure to pay remaining balance will result in your deposit being kept, as well as not receiving any of your photos.
Accepted payment methods: [Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, Cash].
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Client cancellations made less than a 5 days prior to your appointment will result in me keeping your deposit.
Rescheduling requires at least 10 days’ notice and is subject to availability.
On the unlikely event that I have to cancel, a full refund of your deposit or a reschedule will be offered.
I offer a 15 minute grace period. A late fee of $20 will be added to your final total if you are over 15 minutes late. Your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be kept if you are over 30 minutes late.
3. Location & Studio
I unfortunately do not own a studio at this time. If a client wants a studio session, they must provide or rent a studio space at their own cost.
4. Copyright, Model Release & Privacy
Images from are session may be used for promotional purposes and my portfolio unless you, the client, requests otherwise in writing.
Client information and images will not be shared with third parties without consent.
5. Client Responsibilities
Ensure all participants arrive on time and prepared. (I recommend being 5-10 minutes early).
Any necessary location permits or fees are the client’s responsibility.
6. Delivery
Final images will be delivered within 1.5-2 weeks after the session via Google Drive or Lightroom (Adobe). If you are in need of a quicker turnaround, add-ons are available while booking.
7. Liability
Kay Riddley Photography is not responsible for unforeseen issues (e.g., weather, venue restrictions). In the event of extremely bad weather, you, the client, will be offered a full refund of your deposit or a rescheduled session.
In case of total photographic failure due to equipment issues on my end, you, the client, will be given a full refund of your deposit and a rescheduled session.
9. Agreement
Booking a session implies acceptance of these terms. Failure to agree to these terms will result in not being able to book.
